I am truly delighted to be working with Homespun Holistics, a company specialising in aromatherapy based products designed to boost all aspects of your wellbeing. Homespun Holistics was set up in 2012 by Rachel and Wendy, both qualified massage and reiki specialists who moved from the UK out to New Zealand. They were creating their own blends to use with their clients, and set up Homespun Holistics so that everyone could access their amazing products, not just the clients that visited them.

I really love that this company was born out of the friendship between Rachel and Wendy, and a desire to genuinely improve the health, wellbeing and relaxation of their customers.

I have been lucky enough to sample some Homespun Holistics products first hand, and let me tell you these are gorgeous!

All Homespun Holistics products are made with 100% natural ingredients locally sourced in New Zealand. I love that for each product featured on the website, you can see a full description of each ingredient and why it is used in the blend:

Yoga Balm Aromatherapy Blend

As well as some of the balms I have also been using the women’s blend massage oil, muscle rub and, a lot of the calm time pulse point oil:

I have been feeling a bit stressed recently and these products could not have come at a better time for me. Just having them on my bedside table has served as a reminder to take some time out and meditate, if only for 5 minutes. I have been rubbing the women’s blend oil into my skin, particularly around my tummy, before I go to sleep. When I use the calm time pulse point oil I take a few moments to press my wrists towards my face and inhale the scent, it is very soothing.

The uplifting balm pictured above is also a favourite, I love the mix of mandarin and jasmine oils in this! If you suffer from PMS they also do a great pulse point oil for relieving symptoms. Other balms and oils are blended for supporting good sleep, sports and aches and pains, pampering and even study support!

All prices on the website can be shown in British Pounds so it’s clear how much you are spending. Do be aware that any order over £15 (NOT including shipping) may attract a customs charge and Royal Mail admin fee. Apparently some customers have been fine, and others have had a charged so you might be lucky!

20% discount for KHGS readers!

Don’t miss out on this great discount offer, whether you are treating yourself or purchasing these as gifts (they would be excellent Christmas gifts!) now is a great time to purchase. Just use code KHGS2013 at the checkout. Delivery time from New Zealand is within 2 weeks. While you’re at it, enter the great $100 giveaway too!

I’ve never tried arnica, will have to keep a look out for it, my husband has painful knees sometimes, I wonder if that could help?

It’s definitely worth a try for your husband’s knees. Have a look online for Weleda’s Arnica Massage Balm which is actually an oil. I think i got it from feelunique. If you can’t get that you could try Neal’s Yard Arnica Salve which is a thick balm. I find the Weleda oil easier to use. Hope that helps!

I love using creams and things like that- I have some lovely post run stuff in a purple tub (not sure what brand it is), and I love relaxing sleep things- I have a lovely lavender and geranium pillow spray which is really relaxing.
