Hi Laura

Just a quick one I love your blog it’s amazing and really helped me deal with now being a dairy intolerant veggie !! I was just after your green goddess dressing recipe as the new format does not take you to the recipe it just goes back to your latest blog page!!! I tried the recipe last month and it even won over me meat eating fiancĂ© he loved it!!

Hi Laura ,
thanks for the link. I’m looking for some advice on my diet. Basically I’ve been a veggie for 14 years and 6 months ago I developed ibs and a dairy intolerance I think that was brought on by a bad case of food poisoning ! This has left me being practically a vegan. I’m really struggling with getting healthy, I’m an outdoor expedition and activity instructor and a runner too ( just got back from running the Florence marathon) . I’m looking for someone who understands all this and can help me get healthy again especially the vegan part and give me a balanced diet plan etc. Do you have any ideas? I’m 31 fit and active but this is now effecting my fitness and activity levels too !!
Any help and direction would be great !! I live in Devon do you know of anyone down in the south ??

Hi Laura,
A fellow Laura here who is currently devouring my second green smoothie and OMG!!! This one is way better than yesterday’s. Having it out of a bowl like you often do. Cant get hold of the thickner you use so today i tried thickening it up with some porridge oats and it worked a treat!! Will be getting rather addictive to these i think!!

Love your pancake post! Cant wait for tomorrow!! At the minute i cant decide what filling/topping im going to make but its going to be super yum anyway!!

Also wanted to say, can you make the smoothie ahead of time and keep them in the fridge or do they loose their nutritional value quick? Hope that i can make them before bed then grab them from the fridge on my way to work as i leave the house pretty early!!!

Oh i have decide that instead of giving up something for Lent i want to challenge myself to have at least one smoothie a day instead for the same length of time!! Hence asking the above question!

Hi Laura,

Finally managed to make a good Socca!! Had a few disasters this week lol.
But now enjoying one with roasted squash, half and avacado, wilted spinach and harissa paste. Would so eat a second if i had any more squash left!! :)
